- We accept returns for exchanges or store credit on items purchased from Yvonne Exclusive Designs within 30 days of the purchase date.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

- Some items are non-returnable, including worn clothing, items that have been damaged or altered, and items that are not in their original condition.

 

3. Return Process:

- If you wish to return an item, please send an email to contactus@yvonneexclusive.com to initiate the return process. You will need to provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid label to return the item.

 

4. Replacement:

- Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria.

- If the item is deemed eligible for a replacement, we will process the replacement and ship it out to you or send the store credit.

- If the item is not eligible for replacement, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

 

5. Refunds:

- Please note that Yvonne Exclusive Designs does not offer refunds for returned items. We only offer store credit or exchanges.
